Type of ACP Sheets
Aluminium Composite Sheets are divided into two types based on usage and fire rating regulations. Aluminium Composite Sheets are divided into two types based on usage and fire rating regulations.
Depending on the core composition; fire-rated ACP can withstand fire for up to 3 hours. The primary distinction between fire-rated ACP aluminium sheets and standard ACP sheets is found in the core components.
- Non-fire-rated ACP Sheet - Fire-rated grade
Aluminium composite panels are made up of two thin layers of aluminium sheets sandwiched by a polymer core. ACP sheet's polymer core is made of Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) or Polyurethane. These sheets are flammable and may catch fire; hence, they are classified as non-fire-rated ACP sheets. The use of these sheets is restricted based on the fire rating.
ACP Sheet Composition
Our ACP Aluminium sheet is crafted with two high-strength aluminium solid sheets, bounded to a core material typically made from Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Fire-Retardant (FR) mineral-filled materials, or advanced metal core. It features three coats of PVDF and an additional layer of protective film. All these layers are bounded together using a strong adhesive. The ACP sheet then undergoes more than 50 stringent quality control tests using cutting-edge machinery imported from Germany and Japan. Third-Party certifications awarded to our products demonstrate our dedication to providing exceptional quality.
